I work primarily with polymer clay and usually create mythical or fantasy creatures such as Fairies, Goblins, Elves and more. I have only been sculpting for about a year but have been creating for much longer.Debbie Walterhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18012325456721699891noreply@blogger.comBlogger238125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3527831553503841683.post-36420189697679934162021-09-26T09:57:00.002-07:002021-09-26T09:57:19.019-07:00Mad, Mad, Mad, Men Swap... What I Sent<p>Since I know the package I sent was delivered last week, I thought I would share what I send. </p><p>Here is the pack of goodies sent for the swap, you can see a better pic of the zombie below:</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjp4c_HNBK2ymnMofq0WsSGLqwrJEFqmiKNoP5tnipMt-mmkr91RtZbg1-64sSYysOP5f9vAXLcOLIdt5SyYzW53_wZ65Ju3g2igvY2S89b-NCS1aCwZIqhn1VClQHkzv2l0a7DtgLiI-w/s2048/IMG_8184%255B1%255D.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1536" data-original-width="2048" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjp4c_HNBK2ymnMofq0WsSGLqwrJEFqmiKNoP5tnipMt-mmkr91RtZbg1-64sSYysOP5f9vAXLcOLIdt5SyYzW53_wZ65Ju3g2igvY2S89b-NCS1aCwZIqhn1VClQHkzv2l0a7DtgLiI-w/w400-h300/IMG_8184%255B1%255D.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><br /> <p></p><p>I always have fun making zombies. I've order a selection of wool blend felt that will be here next week. Should be enough for at least a hundred animals. <a href="https://www.aforartistic.com/creatures_great_small" target="_blank">Click here</a> to learn more about this class or click on the picture above This is not an affiliate link, I just love this class :0) </p><p>Christine has a way with fabric. She is a NIADA artist, creating figurative wonders from felt, fabric, wire and beads. I've seen her create stunning figures with simple shapes and the blanket stitch. I have several of her dolls and also a few of her pincushions and I use them all the time. Her attention to detail takes her work to a level I strive for. </p><p>I started sculpting again. I never quit, I just didn't do as much as I wanted to. Last year was hit and miss. I did a few doll swaps with the crew over at <a href="http://yarnigrasswapperspot.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Yarnigras Swapper Spot</a> but otherwise I didn't do a lot of sculpting. </p><p>I spent most of the pandemic social distancing in my camper at ghost towns. you can read about some of my travels on my Travel Blog -<a href="http://TravelJourneyExplore.com" target="_blank">TravelJourneyExplore.com</a> I have been working on it slowly and it is starting to have some fun posts on it. I am slowing writing about the many journeys I have been on and hope to have more content on there soon. It is a different platform that I am not as proficient with so bear with me as I learn!! </p><p>I am working on few of characters right now. You can read about our last trip to Oregon <a href="https://traveljourneyexplore.com/2020/09/18/camping-trip-interrupted/" target="_blank">here</a>. I called it camping trip interrupted since we had to leave early due to major wildfires. The first few days were amazing, then the smoke rolled in. Due to multiple fires in the area we had to cut our time in this beautiful state short. </p><p>Normally we have a plethora of driving choices, but by Wednesday morning, all but 1 of the roads home were blocked by fire. Rather than wait to see if I-5 reopened we decided to take 299 - can I just say YIKES! It is a beautiful, twisty, hilly drive that wouldn't be too bad if we hadn't been pulling our camper. Fortunately, my guy and his buddy both have mad driving skills so we did fine but I am glad that drive is over.</p><p>Here are some fun pictures from our trip: </p><p>If you travel near Bandon, Oregon, be sure to check out the West Coast Safari. Their animals were beautiful and well taken care of. The park grounds were cleaned regularly and staff were available to answer questions. I love petting zoos and thoroughly enjoyed these guys. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_5CHnpTP1mORnIMWY0rtAQl7EQRn9Zkxk_CpS8O4NOG4988FPRN0ujEIpwcTRUV4exZvmRBWDRlNSsumN-eIFgcd-H5GVwjJvPE5fVdHmqDLm5zMNJJLbYNn_W2HoTULy89B0CVcfL5k/s6000/DSC_1116.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4000" data-original-width="6000" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_5CHnpTP1mORnIMWY0rtAQl7EQRn9Zkxk_CpS8O4NOG4988FPRN0ujEIpwcTRUV4exZvmRBWDRlNSsumN-eIFgcd-H5GVwjJvPE5fVdHmqDLm5zMNJJLbYNn_W2HoTULy89B0CVcfL5k/s320/DSC_1116.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx5So8TfxVimhZmwQWhZAprcM5S6DU6RLINvWpqGGf9CarMoq2M-5_2-w-vlaXwWGcYfK-E7RtDH9DX3QqTB3zOQDX0v-gURdJg0xQ2QCSh2MpY4baedjmG_uz8YoyIecHMpABRlOQwec/s2048/IMG_5612.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2048" data-original-width="1536" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx5So8TfxVimhZmwQWhZAprcM5S6DU6RLINvWpqGGf9CarMoq2M-5_2-w-vlaXwWGcYfK-E7RtDH9DX3QqTB3zOQDX0v-gURdJg0xQ2QCSh2MpY4baedjmG_uz8YoyIecHMpABRlOQwec/s320/IMG_5612.JPG" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXvdqufaQfUsB-lZ1Vl3tlKsvkugReRtPsv-qizYf0_bK4HV-qSuGsyEWWMMzCnKnLst2cv8UxpZSUQh26scdO8i5b7BL5Zxr_oHV9AjWEWtmqZiJT9lgkeyFnSgbs8Bh8W_SU5fXWkw8/s6000/DSC_1070.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4000" data-original-width="6000" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXvdqufaQfUsB-lZ1Vl3tlKsvkugReRtPsv-qizYf0_bK4HV-qSuGsyEWWMMzCnKnLst2cv8UxpZSUQh26scdO8i5b7BL5Zxr_oHV9AjWEWtmqZiJT9lgkeyFnSgbs8Bh8W_SU5fXWkw8/s320/DSC_1070.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This little one was very vocal </div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIXcI2oFvLEXwQmvw35F3a4U6DWnIofVA7v1QrRmnDTYVC2krry2DD5eGSwSA0iQRUQSkBTLEFEcn7x3VJvjEpFfVQHDYHyk9tXO_7e1Am7Gj6FSvM8Vvq7YFsO_ZHmunLNmkqjlGyIwY/s6000/DSC_1071.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="6000" data-original-width="4000" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIXcI2oFvLEXwQmvw35F3a4U6DWnIofVA7v1QrRmnDTYVC2krry2DD5eGSwSA0iQRUQSkBTLEFEcn7x3VJvjEpFfVQHDYHyk9tXO_7e1Am7Gj6FSvM8Vvq7YFsO_ZHmunLNmkqjlGyIwY/s320/DSC_1071.JPG" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div>The Oregon coast is stunning. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I am thrilled to share that I just signed up to be a part of the International Art Doll Registry's October Pirate Themed doll show. IADR hosts member shows throughout the year and while I have been a member almost since it's inception, I have never before entered a show.<br />
<br />
October is the deadline for me to create a pirate! I am starting on it this week so that I have plenty of time to make it amazing! I am not sure if I will create a male or female pirate but I can't wait to get started!<br />
<br />
Here are some of my inspiration pictures:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEijr8XYCgB6SnqJygiYJo_BzAm7w5k6ZEdTcVdwcNniMm21yW4mAuXOjeCWA0U-kYtO-af0JsCWrCSvJjBySS4gyp8Kfp-S_rP3bBbYFF8qw0NAyu14gZGHoRo4EAs61jkiCXppDM88Gvc/s1600/pirate+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="900" data-original-width="373" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEijr8XYCgB6SnqJygiYJo_BzAm7w5k6ZEdTcVdwcNniMm21yW4mAuXOjeCWA0U-kYtO-af0JsCWrCSvJjBySS4gyp8Kfp-S_rP3bBbYFF8qw0NAyu14gZGHoRo4EAs61jkiCXppDM88Gvc/s320/pirate+2.jpg" width="132" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Of Course, I have to look at the layers and accessories from Pirates of the Caribbean and the fabulous pirate style of Johnny Depp. This movie was so fun visually. I'll be watching more to get in the pirate mood... my poor family will be hearing "Avast my hearties, Yo Ho!" a lot! </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
I was lucky enough to meet people that were part of the Phoenix Arizona punk scene and took me to some of the most amazing punk rock shows in the mid 1980's when I was in college at Arizona State. I saw bands like Black Flag, the Screaming Sirens, the Circle Jerks, TSOL and SNFU. Those were some of the most memorable shows I went to, but there were many, many more!<br />
<br />
I love the energy of Punk Rock and still listen to it. When I saw that my swap partner wanted a Punk Rock zombie, I literally did a happy dance! I will definitely be making another punk zombie for myself, this guy was so hard to give up.<br />
<br />
I called him Rusty after a friend from college, but am letting him new mom name him.<br />
<br />
I hope you enjoyed this amazing zombie. Next up I will show you the beautiful (seriously) zombie that I received.<br />

I joined the latest Zombie Swap with Val over at <a href="https://yarnigrasswapperspot.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Yarnigras Swapper Spot</a>. This time the theme is "What were YOU doing when Coronavirus hit? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The swap is "blind", my partner does not know that I have her and I have no idea who has me, so I am only sharing a few progress pictures until this zombie is delivered. The costume will give it away and we can't have that. </div>

<br />
This year started off OK. My mom managed to get through the first holiday without my Dad and then we go through the anniversary of his death in early January. Sounds sad but it was a healing time for my family.<br />
<br />
In February my hubby and our 2 best friends went to the Turks and Caicos islands for an amazing vacation. It was wonderful. Covid-19 - then known as the Corona Virus was in China, we were screened at every airport and honestly didn't think too much about it afterwards.<br />
<br />
Then came March. The word Pandemic was tossed out there and things started to get real!!<br />
<br />
I have been working from home since 3/17. My state has less than 3500 case so far. Most of those being in Las Vegas. I know that will rise. Our local hospitals are transforming levels of the parking garage into hospital rooms. It is scary and amazing. I am hoping that they are preparing for the worst and it doesn't happen. Yes, I am forever an optimist.<br />
<br />
Creatively, I have been pretty busy during this time of Social Distancing. Remember that mermaid I started years ago, like many, many years ago...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilXVBHBqLu6zdOXrJzP0SJYB6CghU3kdIJZ4IjJKUiqIdSv0S6SQh-TXVLgo6qNnagXsEVPial_yvlRJMDoHWthRua6ifQnIPDzxck4SXBdFE6l3VGi4QH5cIrAIEYwDpnASJ1R3p2quA/s1600/mermaid+armature+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilXVBHBqLu6zdOXrJzP0SJYB6CghU3kdIJZ4IjJKUiqIdSv0S6SQh-TXVLgo6qNnagXsEVPial_yvlRJMDoHWthRua6ifQnIPDzxck4SXBdFE6l3VGi4QH5cIrAIEYwDpnASJ1R3p2quA/s320/mermaid+armature+2.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
Yeah, this one<br />
<br />
Well she has a face and a base. I hope to finish her this weekend. Here is where she is now.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaJremXRV2ty0v329R-EnFAfe5e9sONaH3gGw-OR4nCTK-1mMDIN6zkJNT9FYpDJFy2EBkIw713TljsBnWRyvtCXl40GEy36Xtxi_pf_kWRKLq09d00jvPmp5uSXZCVCPMIvSd8iT8djk/s1600/mermaid1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaJremXRV2ty0v329R-EnFAfe5e9sONaH3gGw-OR4nCTK-1mMDIN6zkJNT9FYpDJFy2EBkIw713TljsBnWRyvtCXl40GEy36Xtxi_pf_kWRKLq09d00jvPmp5uSXZCVCPMIvSd8iT8djk/s320/mermaid1.jpg" width="240" /></a> </div>
<br />
Yes, she is rough and her neck broke, I didn't think about the weight of the added clay on the neck armature when I hung her up to cool after baking. It's OK, I'll fix that when I add her arms, back and hips. :0) She's got a snarky expression but I love it. Not sure what color hair yet, I'll find out this weekend.<br />

The base is not finished. See that post sticking out the front. That will be apoxied into place with Apoxie Sculpt and then bent so that when my mermaid is attached she appears to be reaching towards the shell. There will be other decorations on it as well. Should be fun.<br />
<br />
I'm also working on some 1/12 scale dollhouse dolls. Dollhouses are one of my first loves and I am excited to start working in that size. Here is a picture of the armatures.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
and here is a picture of the 2 mm eyes that I made to go on those tine dollhouse armatures! These made my eyes blur as I was making them. So tiny. That white tile in the background is a 4 x 4 inch tile.<br />

<br />
Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful celebration last night. We had a very quiet evening since my guy had to be at work at 4:30 am - ouch!<br />
<br />
I am still here and only have a few goals for 2020:<br />
<br />
1) blog more - Yes, I said it!<br />
2) create<br />
3) enjoy<br />
4) travel<br />
<br />
I figure all of these will make my life richer.<br />
<br />
I hope your 2020 is blessed with art, love and laughter<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://yarnigrasswapperspot.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"><img border="0" data-original-height="994" data-original-width="743" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDrSCX8rZ-Z1eR4NBcRObJiSXIrBv6CyPXLMgVnj31YJwXwWzWv0gg6COSDcHX1fglNXDaxqHqIS9NwUdLZk-1t_yXEgk0LqZaAlM-PwAPduHeZvtH6tKU9w02NP7nzMYU5qOLVnkRbnQ/s320/mini+zombie+swap+badge.jpeg" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This swap was fun and super challenging. I had to make a zombie that was 5 inches tall or less. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: left;"> First thing I had to do was make tiny zombie eyes. These are the smallest eyes I have ever made and I was very happy with them.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: left;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="text-align: left;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Next came a tiny armature and sculpting a small zombie</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am really happy with her. It was tough to send her to her new home!</div>

I did end up making her a pretty coffin to sleep in. I know she isn't a vampire but she is sort of the un-dead. </div>

<br />
I went to New York for my dad's memorial service and then on to help my mom - sort of... she really doesn't need my help but liked my visit. While in NY my hubby and I were able to visit Central Park and see the Broadway show the Prom. We also visited Caroline's comedy club and shopped on 5th ave - way too expensive for my budget!<br />
<br />
AND...I just returned from my annual sculpting retreat which resulted in my goblin finally getting a body!!! I'm working on costuming now.<br />
<br />
Things will slow down by mid July so I plan to be back here blogging then!<br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by.<br />

I just got back from the Turks and Caicos. What an amazing place. The people were wonderful, the scenery is stunning and the rum flows freely. My parents have been going to the Turks and Caicos' island of Providenciales for over 20 years and it was one of my dad's favorite places. It was nice to see the island he loved. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
While talking to one of the long-time resort staff who knew my dad, I discovered that he used to go feed the puppies at the wild dog rescue facility. We managed to get in a quick visit to the shelter, the pups are beautiful and available for adoption to US residents.</div>

We stayed in my parent's time-share at the Alexandra resort. Their unit overlooks the ocean and the first morning we woke to the sound of the waves. Here is a picture from the HUGE balcony.</div>

The resort also offers bicycles for their guests to use. They were lined up in the parking area. We rented a car for the week so did not use them but next time (there will be a next time) we will check them out.<br />

We visited the Turks Head brewery and tried a sample of each of the 8 beers they had on tap. They had a really good mix, John and I each found a favorite.<br />

We did a snorkeling tour and saw a 5' reef shark. Our guide swam down towards it and it turned and swam right at me, I am not sure who was more surprised, me or the shark. Fortunately reef sharks are not aggressive :)<br />

<br />
We also learned about the Queen Conch, a major food source on the island. I tried conch ceviche, curried conch, and conch fritters and I liked them all. Below is a conch in its shell. I brought two shells home for mermaid stands. I can't wait to get started on the mermaids for my shells.<br />

<br />
Overall it was an amazing trip. We did a lot but were also able to relax. It was the first vacation I've had where I came back refreshed instead of exhausted. We have already started planning our return trip next year.<br />
<br />
Now that I am home and finished with my degree, I am looking forward to sculpting again!! Stay tuned for updates on the mermaids I'll be making for the conch shells, the house elf I am getting ready to finish and my battle troll, an unexpected sculpture that started out as something to practice my painting skills on and ended up as someone who is demanding a body.Debbie Walterhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18012325456721699891noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3527831553503841683.post-23916446411385417392019-01-19T14:49:00.001-08:002019-01-19T14:49:56.482-08:00Something to Look Forward to<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

In February, we are heading to the Turks and Caicos Islands. This is one of my Dad's favorite places and I am looking forward to spending time in a place the he loved. I am hoping to be done (or at least close to being done) with my Master's program. I am only a capstone project away from my master's degree and the end is in sight!!<br />
<br />
I am taking the week in the Turks and Caicos off. No school. No studying, No Work! I promise to share pictures of our adventures.<br />

But I can't mope around forever. Grief comes in waves and while I know it will never go away, it will get better.<br />
<br />
This year I chose not to participate in the 2019 Polymer Clay Challenge, at least not until after I complete my Masters (2 classes left!). Instead, I decided to set a couple of personal, polymer clay goals.<br />
<br />
This year my goals are to:<br />
<br />
Finish my house elf. He stands 32 inches tall and has been patiently waiting for hands, hair and clothes for a year. Here is what he looks so far:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisCn6-cm7CC0UOQur63TwMRH1pgQHZj8G2XC_PFLqcG1yC-aS5j-VTNOB4Pdo7_ncvMDq8-q5D99ywWnJGo1FqiXbccIQBiTjtLqJDRQFjJe2XmGATg1Dzg0DHr4HQoCqFm8WywqGmFW8/s1600/house+elf+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="display: inline; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisCn6-cm7CC0UOQur63TwMRH1pgQHZj8G2XC_PFLqcG1yC-aS5j-VTNOB4Pdo7_ncvMDq8-q5D99ywWnJGo1FqiXbccIQBiTjtLqJDRQFjJe2XmGATg1Dzg0DHr4HQoCqFm8WywqGmFW8/s320/house+elf+2.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Next I need to finish my Troll. I made him in November right after a painting demonstration I attended taught by the amazing Toby Froud. I was so inspired to try his techniques that this guy was born. I had planned on just making a head to try the techniques I learned but this guy needs to be finished! The pins on his face are placeholders for whiskers :0)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3Cd_H01VxyAWn16HoV21_IucHNspkJ7F2Z_bBDM_tMXUCdqyG7SpiVsq0u2xPNrbi-y4VuV6Z40n9hl6fYAIWPz4BkT_n2HCuYGAgeD0W_awI1TVHWHVgWb2wL7tY5Rsw7ZGDpUgsG-w/s1600/troll+4.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3Cd_H01VxyAWn16HoV21_IucHNspkJ7F2Z_bBDM_tMXUCdqyG7SpiVsq0u2xPNrbi-y4VuV6Z40n9hl6fYAIWPz4BkT_n2HCuYGAgeD0W_awI1TVHWHVgWb2wL7tY5Rsw7ZGDpUgsG-w/s320/troll+4.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
After these two are complete I want to finish a few zombies for my Artsy Zombie Etsy shop. I have several sculpted and even painted but they need clothes. Soon I will have time to sculpt again. I am looking forward to it.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

This year has been busy. I completed my Bachelor's degree then moved right into a Master's program. Fortunately, the program I am in allows me to work at my own pace. Since I am totally focused on school, I will be done by March. I am really looking forward to having a life again! I miss my blog, I miss sculpting and I miss relaxing ;0)<br />

I will see you soon...<br />
